I am so confused as to why this location has so many bad reviews and people are still having so many issues. I?ve come to write... this review after almost every visit but I chose not to. This time I?m just annoyed. Every single time I go to this location Ileave disappointed. They almost never have fajita veggies past 7 pm. Like never. The other day I went and they didn?t havebowls! 10/12/22 @ 11:40am I placed an online order and this is what was given to me. A soggy, poorly wrapped burrito that was already... falling apart before I even bit into it. I understand that they're in a rush, but I'd rather wait a minute or two to get it madecorrectly so that it's not spilling all over me as I eat it. Read more
This location is terrible!!! We have been to this location several times and always have to ask for extra rice, chicken, sour... cream, ect. The amount they try to give you is like a child serving size. If I am paying for it then it should not be a problem.We went in today 8/11 and of course had to ask for extras and then get to the register and was told they could not take the $100bill because it had a tear ( nothing big could of been taped). The cashier said she would of took it but the manager said nobecause it was ripped.......are you serious??? I will never go to this location again! This is just freakingridiculous!!!!!!!!!!! Good quality. Fantastic. The fact I got half scoops for everything even rice???? Not good. 2 stars because of that. When you... look at the meat scoop and only put half into my bowl then return the scoop into the bin. Full of meat. Should be 1 star but thefood quality was too good. Read more

My family and I went to Chipotle today for the first time ever. We went at 6:00. They were already out of tortillas to make... burritos so I ordered a bowl. I ordered chicken which I got. As soon as they put the chicken in my bowl, they took thecontainer of chicken to the take out station. The rest of my family could only get steak as they were out of the other meatitems. For the toppings there were only 3 ingredients available, but I could see more choices on the take out station. Whydidn?t they make more food for the dinner rush? There were several people standing around in the kitchen. The food we got wasexpensive, cold and didn?t taste very good. The staff didn?t seem like they cared. We will NEVER go back. Read more
