Worst taco bell I’ve ever been to, never going to this location again. Seems like the manager doesn’t care because of the... amount of one star reviews, nothing has been fixed. Ordered a quesadilla and a taco party pack. The tacos all had way too muchsour cream to the point where they were inedible. The sour cream was also at the bottom of the taco instead of the top? Thequesadilla was burnt to a literal crisp. Inedible. I don’t know how you make a quesadilla, wrap it up, and put it into a bagwithout noticing this. Really shows you don’t care about your customers, which by the way since you obviously don’t knowthis already should be your #1 priority in a business. No customers = no money Do better. Read more
I have been to this Taco Bell probably upwards of 7-8 times now and almost every single time that I have been, they have been... out of Baja blast, the employees have an attitude, it takes forever to get our order, and then the order that took forever toget is wrong, and is just generally an awful experience. Which is especially disappointing because this is the only Taco Bellwithin like 15 minutes. I would love to say that I won’t be back but that’s probably not true. Absolutely horrible service. I had a mobile order, and when I showed up to the drive through and told them my name, they said... that I had to park my car and come inside. This is already an inconvenience when you have somewhere to be, but once I got insidethe service continued to go downhill. The manager who had 3 other people on staff was short and wouldn't say anything other thanorder at the keyosk. The 3 employees were in the back standing around doing what I assume was prep work. Nobody taking ordersand only the manager making food. Instead of working on my order, the manager decided it was a good time to stop, pull all ofthe money out of the safe and take it to the office. She wasn't even trying to give the impression that she was working hard orcared about the customers at all. After a couple of minutes she then came back and started preparing food without washing herhands. It took over 15 minutes to get my food. Taco had very little meat and cheese. Burritos was soggy and charged to much. No Receipt I did call and complain and they made... it right but went there again and same thing but this time I called corporate and they sent me out 2coupons for 5.00 off . To methat was nice but I rather not take a chance again with this place unless it’s simple like Nachos Read more

Do not order from this store. Ordered on the app, arrived, and then was told they're closed for an hour. Said I could cancel or... transfer my order to another store via the app, which was not true.
