Horrible service everytime. Victoria works at snail speed. Today after hoping to have someone else to serve us was another... girl. She had the same attitude infact makes you feel like it was a problem that we stopped in. Victoria peeked around thecorner and offered no help either just the same snarl on her face. I will go to the cascade rd location instead, atleast theygreet customers and work as a team. I feel sorry for the owners. Get new staff! Read more
Staff plays inappropriate music (full on f-words). Not family friendly. This location doesn't have a single high chair. Not... family friendly. The staff (while working) lounge with friends in the dining area. Not professional in any manner. And thisreview is based off of 3 different visits to this same restaurant. 2 out of the three times, there was inappropriate music. The staff gave me another drink after my foutain drink tasted like syrup. What a gentlemen and scholar. Oh boy
When I went, there was one girl working. She was finishing up a sub from the gentleman in front of me. She made his sub, cashed... him out, then began making my sub, all with the same gloves on. I was in a hurry so I tried to ignore it. What I couldn't ignorewas the fact that she cut my sub with the same knife as the gentleman before me. When I opened up my mustard-less sub it hadmustard in the middle, where my sub was cut, and on the outside of my sub from her gloves.
