The fried chicken was the best thing on the plate, very well seasoned, fried just right, perfect temperature, however the rest..... rib tips, hot links, were underwhelming. Coleslaw was very decent. The first 2 photos are of 1 bucket of tips that look under cooked with more fat than meat, the 3rd picture is of the first two... photos at which I had to put in my air fryer right after being delivered. The last picture is my 2nd bucket of tips. I calledfamous dave’s in Addison about this issue, spoke with Aaron who said he was the manager. I explained to him how my bucket oftips looked not cooked all the way, he assured me they were. However I was not satisfied with his response, instead he told meto go through door dash for a refund because he hadn’t received payment, yet my card was charged. He never asked for my ordernumber etc. Will not be ordering here again. Read more
