This restaurant is the missing link I've been looking for ever since my previous favorite closed down. The dine in area is... crowded by people waiting for their orders. Definitely call well in advance because you may be waiting a while. The staff areworking as fast as possible and it's only because they do so well with amount of orders that the wait is as long as it is. Lovedthe szechuan shrimp with Mexican fried rice. I ordered a beef and broccoli a little bit too sweet for my liking. I have never ordered beef and broccoli and it would be sweet... Very good food with big portions. Large menu giving everyone something to choose from.
I give a restaurant 3 times to get my order right. Well, this is New China's third time, third strike. Yesterday, my Mom and I... ordered Egg Fu Young, the Vegetable meal, and two egg rolls. The egg rolls were AWFUL! You can tell they were refried from theday before, as they were very hard to chew and almost burnt. The time before, like others have posted, I had to wait well overan hour at the restaurant to get my food. Then the first time I tried New China, I got home to find out they gave me someoneelse's order. BAD NEWS! My suggestion is to try Panda Express, also in Addison! They have very good food! Read more
