I've been going to this Taco Bell location for many years. Nice and clean from inside and quick service. The seating area is... very spacious and very bright. It was super clean. Some of my personal favorites are the Fiesta potatoes, double chalupa,supreme chalupa and crunchwrap supreme. I absolutely recommend this place, for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The place was cleanand I was happy all day because I had a great-priced meal that wasn't just thrown together. Just go during the day. At night they do not pay attention at all. If you show up an hour before closing they just won't answer.... Even if they do answer odds are you'll be short-changed a good chunk of your order. I've worked fast food myself but this placeis just rough at night. Double check every order. So, first off, this location is ALMOST open 24 hours, which is pretty awesome for DuPage. Unless you want McDonald's, your... usually SOL at those hours, so I'm glad they are open so late!!! I do think they close from 5am to 9am to clean??? One thing Ididnt like is that they don't except mobile/app orders between 4-5am, which is when I went. It only sucks because that means Icouldn't order what I wanted, how I wanted, get points for the order, use my points, or order mobile exclusive deals, buuut Iguess now I know ????????????????????? Most importantly, and my reason for the 5 stars, and writing a taco bell review period,lol, is I was honestly shocked (pleasantly), at the level of integrity shown by a particular employee I dealt with at thislocation. I believe her name was Mary, and she was working the drive through... Yes, "Mary M" is what my receipt says. Mary hada pretty heavy accent, but was kind and patient when taking my order. When I parked to double check my order was accurate (pickydaughter order lol), a special request had not been done, so I drove back around and explained something was wrong. Mary and Icame to the conclusion it was a misunderstanding, and she did in fact fulfill my request, but on a different taco, a totallyunderstandable mix-up. To my amazement, Mary, unlike most in this situation, not only fixed the issue immediately, but evenacknowledged that it was "her mistake and misunderstanding" essentially due to the language barrier... I was honestly surprisedby this. In most cases, people don't like to admit fault. And really, it wasn't ever her, or anyone's fault, just amisunderstanding, and a VERY SMALL one at that!!! It just leads me to believe Mary M is a VERY honest, kind, strong, hardworking woman who deserves her praises to be sang!!!
