I have given this place so many chances, and even left feedback on their website, requesting their manager contact me... NEVER... happens. The food is always subpar, the queso is brown (aka old and burnt), the guacamole says its made continuously throughoutthe day (couple hour old guac shouldn't be brown), if an order comes with 1 half bag of chips and 1 small salsa, and I pay foran additional chips and salsa....yet still only get on 1 half bag of chips and a small salsa....how does that make any sense? There are just way to many things to itemize the things they get wrong EVER TIME. I would say these are just issues with someof their staff, but seeing as the manager has never attempted to contact me despite my request he do so (3 times via their ownwebsite), that tells me he is aware of these issues, and doesn't care. I grew up on Mexican food and this was just wholly disappointing from the time we walked in the door, to the server that just... didn't listen when I ordered so, I got frustrated and said whatever... The food came and was just as terrible as the can cheesequeso that is just awful!! We ate it because we were starving and had a long day. But, after our long day we just wanted to sitdown and eat some decent food and this was not it. We basically just moved our enchiladas around the plate like a 5 year thatdoesn't want to eat their veggies. JUST DON'T DO IT. THIS PLACE WAS AWFUL. Update: We dined in this time. The food was delicious. I really recommend the Dos XX's fish tacos. They're super yummy. The... best thing was our server Cory. He was polite, attentive and just downright amazing! /My daughter loves this restaurant. Thefood is good. I ordered cheese enchiladas and was really looking forward to them but instead I received chicken. The chips wereeither stale or maybe exposed to moisture, they were chewy and not crisp. I did order ahead and still we waited 45 minutes forthe takeout order. On the other hand, The staff is great and super friendly. Read more
Not bad, not great. It's Tex Mex food from a chain, so it's about what I'd expect. Their salsa that comes with the chips is... pretty good and spicy. My chimichanga was not bad too. Read more
