I've been coming to Fired Up Nutrition for years now and will never stop. Not only are the teas and shakes DELICIOUS, but... they're also good for you; so it's a win/win! Rebecca, the owner, is very knowledgeable in her products and knows exactly whatshe is serving her customers-down to the exact macro; unlike other nearby shops where you get an "idea of what might be inthere" and hope for the best. If you're someone who needs a specific diet (sugar free, gluten free, low sugar, high protein,etc.) she is here to help! I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of a caffeine kick, low sugar drinks, proteinshakes, preworkout, post workout, or just a delicious drink overall! Read more
Rebecca is very friendly when you walk in the door, saying hello to all that come in. She knows all about 1st Phorm's... nutritional facts and how it breaks down and into all her tea and drinks. Not only is she smart but she is also creative withher drinks. She will make sure to get the flavor to perfection before putting it on her menu. From creating the teas to namingthe teas.
