We went here with the family and it was awesome. The service was great and the food was deliecious. The kids loved the decor and... both of my boys raved about their kids meal; the macaroni and the spaghetti with a virgin mocktail. My husband and I enjoyed ourmeal and drinks and the portions were big. Since we all loved the place we all now joke that we will drive all the way to BrokenWhisk when we want a nice dinner out from Surrey! Read more

This is such a perfect little restaurant, but it's too bad the service is sub-par, and the food is absolutely terrible. Ordered... the Whiskey River Ribs, and the only redeeming food on the plate was the braised cabbage! The rice tasted like fruity pebbles.It tasted so sweet, it was gross. I'm not sure if that was done on purpose, but such a disappoint. The ribs were gross. Thesauce on top was tasty enough, but the ribs lacked even the most basic of seasonings. They were somehow both dry, stringy andwet? Not moist, but wet. The baked brie is a great concept, but the whole clove of garlic was a pain in the butt to deal with. Read more
