It appears you have very incompetent employees. Today September 22 I was in the drive thru. I ordered a medium coffee one sugar... one cream. When i got home what I was given was a medium coffee with 3 vanilla shots and 6 milk!!! It was disgusting. WHATTHE... IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS. Please instruct the young lady at the drive thru just what a Boston cream donut looks like. Itis not a chocolate covered donut with a hole in the center and no cream. This is the same young lady that last week I was handedmy coffee with the cover not properly attached. The cover fell off and hot coffee was all over my hand. NEED SOME TRANING !!!This is not rocket science, it is a donut shop. Must have missed two years of school due to the pandemic. Read more
