I ordered drive thru and got home and the food is not fresh. The fries are cold and the burger meat taste old. I tried calling... them and the phone rings and rings. All the carls Jr in Thousand Oaks, Westlake and Agoura need to do something aboutmanagement to change the quality of food. Very disappointing. Read more
Ordered 2 California classics today just after 2 p.m. and to my surprise they were horrible, first the outer edges of the buns... were stale, the meat cold/Luke warm and very dry, so the cheese was not melted and lastly barely any grilled onions. Took money out of our account for an order, was adamant that the transaction didn't go through even though our bank showed the... charge. we left without money and without food. One of the employees even suggested that we needed to still pay for the drinksthey had given us when we originally ordered even though we never got our food, or a reimbursement for our food.
