It always seems like there's a lot of new people here, so often they don't seem like they know what they're doing. I've had my... order messed up a few times. One time I ordered an iced coffee and a girl poured the hot coffee over ice, causing the ice tomelt. She then told me at the window, "the ice melted." I then accepted the luke warm drink as I wasn't trying to make a fuss,but in hindsight I kind of wish she remade the drink by default instead of asking me if it was okay that all the ice had melted.I knew she was new, which I empathize with, but it frequently seems like this location struggles with workers knowing what theyshould.
