The Pizza Hut on York Street in Aiken SC is horrible!! I called and was put on hold TWICE and I held for over 5 mins each time!!... I finally got my order placed over the phone with someone in another state that told me it would be around 35 mins?It has beenover 1 hour since I placed my order & I am still sitting here WAITING for my order! The staff was not friendly. Not dressed in uniform. The manager had slides on. The floor and counters were not wiped down. The... lady said she didn't understand us and gave us an Italian sausage pizza instead of hamburger. When the pizza was remade it wasremade with meatballs. The pizza was decent, however I was missing my pepperoni and sausage. They were closed by the time I made it home, so I just... dealt with it. When I went to pickup the order, I called inside to let them know I was out for my curbside. The man answered thephone, "Pizza Hut, Hold!" And laid the phone down. The only customer in the restaurant walked out and then I could hear him andthe lady in the back arguing. I sat on hold another 2 or 3 minutes before I got out and went it.
