Good atmosphere, great service, good to great appetizers, good dessert. Steak was just ok, not worth the premium price.
Prime really delivers a wonderful experience. The service was great, our food was fantastic, and the atmosphere is a causal... elegance which was wonderful for a birthday dinner. Our second visit and it was just as amazing as the first. Read more
Was taken here for my birthday and it was an awesome dinner. The staff was super friendly, the owner even came to our table to... greet us. The food was magnificent. We had the porterhouse for 2 and it was delicious. The meal was worth the final bill. Thiswill be our place for special occasions! Read more
Everything was great, waitress was fantastic, food was good. Prices was a little high for the quality. Also, they don't do... substitution on sides. I think due to the hours open, they rush you out for the reservation and the waiting patrons. Read more

Prime Steakhouse has long been our go to steakhouse, but we have been disappointed our last two visits. Dined their last night... and both of our steaks were way under cooked and we ordered mash potatoes and received fried potato bites. We asked about themash potatoes and were told they didn't have them last night, but the substitution was made without asking us. Our previousvisit both our steaks were under cooked and tough (tough compared to previous visits) but we marked it up as a one off. We bothnormally order medium or medium well (medium well is not an option at Prime) but our steaks came out red to pink all the waythrough. We are not ones to return our food unless we must. The staff is very friendly, and they do a great job but for $100plus per person the food should be better. Read more
