I was just there, manager on duty was rude and unprofessional to me after I waited in the store for 30 minutes for 2 iced... coffees. Everyone in the drive thru line was getting drinks while I just stood there. After 30 minutes I asked for my coffeesand the manager had no sense of urgency I should get my drinks I paid for. Then I got a refund and left, not once did sheapologize for making me wait 30 minutes for a simple drink that doesn?t even need to be made or offer to just make it after Ihad been standing there for 30 minutes. She was very rude and power played me the customer because I asked for my drinks afterwaiting 30 minutes. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Read more
Decided to go to Starbucks since I'm in town for work...Walked in and was the only customer in line period and was not... greeted... I ordered my food and drink and never ever have I not been asking my name! I watched several non ethicnic customerswere greeted and their name was on their order, it was not shouted across the store. Since I have to give it a star I will give it 1 star for politeness No line no waiting to order but I'm told it will take 30... minutes for a coffee. It doesn't take 30 minutes to make a coffee. So not sure who needs to be retrained but maybe the entirestore needs to be. Since this is the ONLY Starbucks that can't make coffee in under 30 minutes. Read more
This place is awful. I requested a Sumatra pour over and was told they do not have pour over equipment. Then I said okay I will... take a dark roast non- pour over and was told sorry we don't have any dark roast. This is absurd!!! It's NOT a supply chainissue if you can get Sumatra at Target...which I buy a bag of every week. You can also buy a filter from Target and a cup andmake a pour over...be creative!! Read more
