Very bad experience. Waited around 7 min just to place an order. Paid 20 dollars for 2 extremely thin and burnt burger meals.... Everything tasted horrible also. Took 2 bites of my burger and was done. Onion rings were soggy and the thin fries were cold ina matter of minutes. Should have gone to 5 guys but thought this place was cheaper. DO NOT EAT HERE. I just had the worst experience at any restaurant ever. I will never be returning to this freddy's again, and... probably no other freddy's either. I placed a mobile order at 8:00 saying it would be ready by 8:20. We arrived at about 8:20and when we went inside to get our order the doors were locked. They saw us trying to get in but did not let us in. So we gotinto our car and drove through the drive through where we waited about 10 minutes at the speaker before someone came on to helpus. I notified them that I had a carry out order and that the doors were locked and the responded in a very unprofessionalmanner. They told me to pull around in the drive through and when i started to go the said and i quote "wait actually go aheadand come pick it up inside someone will go unlock the doors now". So we did, since we already paid for this at 8:00. We wentinside and we waited again another 10 minutes before being acknowledged even though they knew we were coming in for a carry out.Once someone did come over to help us, they started to go through a bag of food placed slightly behind the counter but not inthe mobile pick up area. They opened the bag, grabbed our food with their hands and opened our burgers to check if thecustomization were correct by picking the buns off the burgers with their hands. They then handed us a ripped and greasy bagwith our food at about 8:45. 45 minutes after we ordered and 25 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. We had a milkshakethe was completely melted. Our fries were cold and stale and our burgers were very burnt and also cold. Not only that but theywere a complete mess. The bottom bun on my burger was ripped in half completely so there was no picking it up. Being the priceit is, I have never been so disappointed. The restaurant was disgusting and gross. We will never eat in again. We love the food but when you stick to everything you touch... and see the light colored tile turning black. There also was nasty dried sauce and grease on the tables. This was in the morningSunday at 11.30 am so nobody cleaned it Saturday. It says like this all night or for maybe a couple days. I feel like I am a Major inconvenience to the staff and what seemed like a manager here. After 15-20 minute wait at the counter... I was able to place my order. Every excuse now days is ?I?m sorry, we are understaffed?. They have 4-5 people who are workingone order at a time. I was here about an hour and they served maybe 20 customers. How can an owner pay their bills with thispoor amount of sales? Most of them are standing around and are not very polite. It?s time to bring back work ethic andappreciation for the customers. I just watched two customers walk out because they could not even place their order. Afterwatching the past hour, there is one employee doing the work. The rest are talking and watching the one employee work. To manypeople these days want to be paid for just existing and taking up space.
