Been ordering from here for years but after tonight. I will never order from this place again. I work hard for my money so I... treat my family to take out. I always order chicken lo mein with steam riced you get the picture. Well I placed my order likeusual with someone who was rude for one, kept telling her my order she kept on erupting me. It took almost 15 minutes to placemy order. Long story short my order turned out totally gross, cold and no taste. My chicken lo mein was nothing but mushrooms nochicken in neither of them, got fried rice instead of steamed rice. I called to complain but got hung up on so I called back anwent off on the guy who hung up on me. He told me that he could give me a raincheck told him. I wanted the food that I order boythey waste no time taking my money off but they can't apologize for hanging up. Ill never give them my business again. I dontknow who's running it now but they are not good like they used to be and if I had a problem they would send me another order fortheir mistakes. The only good part of this place is the delivery guy he seems sweet and very nice. I wish i didnt give them aone star cuz they don't deserve. I ordered two meals this evening the woman that took my order took down the wrong phone number n when I called to find out where... my food was I was told that they called me and took the food back to the restaurant then was informed I would have to wait anadditional hour for my food! That is rediculous! No discount offered even for the order taker taking down the wrong phone numbershe had me on hold 5 minutes before even taking my order .. bad buisness skills a discount apology or at the very least a speedyarrival of the food to come back out instead I just don't get my food as I don't have the option to wait another hour I have toleave and catch my flight hence the reason I ordered take out!!
