I had ordered a head on my app to pick up for my work lunch. The store is marked to open at 10:30 so I scheduled my pick up for... 10:45. I pull in and the store wasn?t even open at 10:45. I was told to wait at the drive up window for my food which I did for20 minutes. I was never greeted or thanked for the wait or even acknowledged. The service was awful. I work in the serviceindustry and understand that things happen, but at least talk to me and let me know what?s going on instead of ignoring me whenyou?re already making me late for work. Read more
