I'm assuming they are severely understaffed. Inside looks nice but it's always closed, forcing eveyone to use drive-through. It... takes forever, probably the slowest TB I've ever been to. Food is usually satisfactory though. Read more
This restaurant needs their management reevaluated. I placed a mobile order at 5 for a pickup at 530. I arrived at the... restaurant to find the door locked. I had to backup and wait in line behind 7 cars. Each car took took on average of 5 minutesper car if not longer. When you pull up for your order to be placed, you are asked to wait a minute. I watched the drive throughline and they are only serving one at a time. They are keeping their ?time? down by asking each customer to wait until they arefinished with the last. This is not fast food. I could sit down and get a nice meal in the time for me to get my food. I hopethis message finds its way up the chain of command. This Taco Bell needs to be reevaluated. I went to Taco Bell it was a quarter till one got to the speaker and they informed me that they closed at one I said great I... have 15 minutes to order she said no were closed and refused to take my order!!! She should?ve said that they closed at 12:45then not one!!! Very disgusted because I once worked for this Company had we ever did anything like that we would?ve been firedbut it seems to be that this Tacobell gets to make their own hours close when they feel like it.
