We came in to order, the women behind the counter was rude, I specifically told her we were dining in, the women who was cooking... gave us our food and told us we could not dine in because they didn't charge us to eat in. I ordered food online here, it said around a 20 minute wait. By the time I got there it should have been ready, yet I stood... there for 10 minutes at the counter and no one said anything to me, so I told them I had an order. They helped the 3 customersthat came in after me before me. Finally got their attention and they told me they heard me say I had an order. The one employeeseemed to have an attitude anytime someone walked in. After another 5 minutes or so I finally got my food. Hit & miss with the food but overall not terrible. My main complaint is ALWAYS getting treated like you're an inconvenience when... you pick up your order. You're initially ignored even though they notice you, they continue to fill multiple orders until you'rebasically forced to flag someone down to pay you attention. I get it's busy, I'm sure it's stressful & food service jobs suckbut there's no reason to be snarky and rude to a customer who waited the quoted pick up time and are just trying to get theirfood. Rude. And unprofessional. Ordered a 10 piece traditional meal and the 20 piece boneless special. One employee was texting while... I was waiting for someone to acknowledge me. My order was ?ready? before I walked in. Picked up my food drive home pull theorder out of the bag for my family and everything is there except the 10 piece traditional. I called before I left. No answer.So I go all the way back to the store (calling multiple times on my way) and was rudely told they couldn?t do anything withoutthe bag of food and that I could drive ALL THE WAY back home and bring the bag. Please tell me what that would prove? And whywould drive out of my way to come back to the store to get food if I had it at home? Was told I could call the GM and that shewould be in on Tuesday. Call the same phone that I had been calling that they also claimed never rang? Sure. The food we didreceive was hardly even worth the price. Fries were old and cold wings were barely warm.
