My girlfriend's autistic daughter wanted IHOP for a late breakfast. We arrived and were greeted promptly and seated. Our... waitress, Melissa was awesome! When an issue arose due to noise which bothered my step-daughter, Melissa went to her manager,JP. The two made accommodations so my step-daughter could have breakfast at the restaurant. They moved us out to the closedpatio and provided awesome service! JP came out to check on us and Melissa was there to check on us frequently. The food cameout quickly. This spot is great... I live by the airport and that location is sad. Here... Everyone is friendly.. I ordered the t bone steak... and eggs.. It was well seasoned. The waiter was very attentive. My son ordered the original French toast and it was on point!! Idefinitely recommend this IHOP location!! Read more
Worst food I ever had today. This place has gone done hill with service and food. I was seated at a dirty table on 8/17/22. Wait... staff had to clean it when I asked , because of food crumbs and sticky syrup. Toast was old and stale. Pancakes burnt. Had tosend back order because of It being the wrong order. I have been coming here for over 15 yr. Even when it was in old locationcouple of spots down. Now I hardly come to this place anymore . Whatever your doing sucks!!! Read more
I went in for the first time today and it was the worst dinning experience ever! The both was soaking wet so I had to ask the... someone for napkins to clean the booth. The waitress didn?t bring us any utensils. The soda machine didn?t have any more spriteso the server had to get another. The coffee had coffee grounds in it and there was no sugar. The coffee cup was filthy. Wedidn?t get any napkins. There where two flys flying around and on the booth and it was just dark and Gloomy in there. The serverwas very nice but the place is disgusting. East Orlando, FL. Virginia gave us top notch service and we were a kinda difficult group to please. The manager was also super... gracious. All the food was delicious. We had the Senior Sunshine Breakfast (ham, sausage, bacon, hashed browns, pancake, egg);2 Spinach Omelettes with Hollandaise sauce; hashed browns; Protein Pancakes; the 2-2-2; and Strawberry French Toast with coffeesand a Pepsi.
