Friendly efficient staff, barely any waiting time
This is the rudest Starbucks I've ever been to! Every time I come to this particular location, there's always got to be a... problem! whether the employees are rude or if my drink isn't made with the right milk. The barista guy didn't give me a strawfor my drink and when I asked for one, he rolled his at me!!! I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO ASK FOR A STRAW! It's a clean place. It was not busy at all, but it took a while to get my order. My experience is that this is typical.
I usually mobile order at this location or go to pick up my girlfriend?s mobile order & they generally will forget the whipped... cream, caramel drizzle, or more often just not call out when your drink is finished however the staff are all friendly, they alltry their best in that environment that can get hectic at times especially being situated right on Park Street.
