We placed an order through the app, waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes and then they still got the order wrong and we paid... for several items we didn't receive. My kid's soda was just soda water, no syrup. The burger was good but the rest of the foodwas nothing to really say much about. Portions were small and the price was high. I love the taste of the burgers. If you are a crunchy ice person, they have the best, and their new soda machine is cool. I... recommend strawberry Mt dew. I do think they should've kept the combo options cause $25 for two burgers, one fry, (LG but ifyou've been there that's not very big anyway) and one drink...it's a bit much. Plus, it sucks having to share when you go out..just wish it was more like the fast food price and less like, we remodeled but now we are forcing everyone else to pay forit...or at least make it to where two people can eat for less that what we would pay for twice as much at McDonald's ya know? Dropped in to see the new building. Looks grate! I was a little surprised to see a ton of people working behind the counter!... Seems everyone else is trying to hire good help. I hardly could believe my eyes when I spotted a guy wearing a hair net. Had aflash back to Saturday Night Live! Burger was good ???? Read more
I thought the remodel would help improve.....but hell no. Bring back the old place. The restaurant looked like it hadn't been... cleaned in a week The employees were rude to say the least. Waited 10 minutes to order with no one else in front of me. Iordered a Lota Combo with seasoned fries and onion rings on the side as well. After placing my order I watched the peopleputting food together take lettuce from the counter where it fell off other burgers and threw it back in the container to put onnew food. Quickly asked the girl at the register to not put lettuce on my burger only to get a rude "whatever". Took almost 25minutes to get my order and when they called my name they literally threw my order on the counter. When I opened the bag, friesand onion rings were not only cold and burnt but the were dumped in the bag. The burger was cold and raw in the middle....andmore lettuce than anything. I have never had this horrible service at Blake's....even when they were busy as hell with only 2workers!!! Such a disappointment from what USED to be my favorite place.
