On 10/31/2022 I ordered 10 corn dogs. I waited for 1 hour and 15min. Saw 6 rotations of cars. They kept telling me a couple of... minutes. I had to talk with them 9 times. The last time they said I had 5 orders ahead of me. So I have to wait 2 hours for 10corn dogs. I believe my time cost too. This was unacceptable in any fashion. They kept bumping the orders off the screen so theycan make there time quota which I know is a major rule violation. I can?t believe this I am in shock. I believe I am owed for my75 min wait and I had to leave. I was late from my lunch break. I got in trouble at my work. I can?t believe you guys. Sonic is awesome. They offered 50 cent corndogs for Halloween so i was able to feed the whole crew (6 people) before trick or... treating for under $15. In this day and age, that's awesome. Read more
It's always pretty good the app doesn't seem to work, whenever I really want it. However if I can get the app to work, the staff... is always nice and quick about my online ordering. The need more options or more rewards though cause it's still pricy evenwith the half off drink. Read more
