Friendly atmosphere on Solano ave, friendly staff. Customer bathroom. Avoid lunch time because school kids frequent this spot,... families come mostly in the evening. The wait for your pizza is anywhere from 4-7min, so a short wait. The crust is a nicebonus, if you've got the belly gobble that crust. They have recycle and compost bins near the soda fridge. There's a slice anddrink combo, I always recommend. The pizza is great for the value, portion and area, there's a deep dish pizza restaurantfurther down Solano if you want to spend a bit more and want the social scene and ambience. This is better than Dominoes, alsofurther up Solano in the opposite direction, Dominoes is still good and they have a great crew. This is the healthy andaffordable middle of those two. Good slices, a bit pricey but worth the try!!
If you want some thin-crust, NYC style pizza, this is a shockingly good and quite affordable option. It?s actually kind of... funny, because our other favorite places are either a real trek from the pricey Solano strip (Raymond?s) or hella pricey(Zachary?s) OR pricey *and* kinda far *and* tricky to order from (Emilia?s (which is truly worth the trouble and $$ tho, Ipromise)). So we?ve been ordering from this place before and it was good, but today we ordered again and it was awful- the crust was... totally different, hard and thin and flat, reminded me of a bad stale flatbread that is super hard and dry.
