I had to wait an hour and 10 minutes for my food. None of this was my servers fault. An hour after placing our order we were... told that the dish my daughter ordered was out of stock. We waited 15 minutes for our table, which wasn't bad because we had seven people in our group on a Saturday night. Once we were... seated we waited 15 minutes, then we went to find someone to ask if we could order drinks. Someone came to take our drinkorders, and after another 15 minutes of waiting without our drinks, some other customers walked by and said they were leavingbecause they had ordered their food and waited over an hour and it was still not out. Hi restaurant owners and everyone else I'm sorry for this negative comments but I got to say the truth when I visited this... restaurant I was waiting on the table for my food to be served when I feel like I want to go to the bathroom and I was usingthe bathroom when I see one of the chef or kitchen helper went in to the room to use a toilet then I was washing my hands.surprise for me I just so the guy walked out from the bathroom without washing his hands and I know it was one of the cookerbecause I saw him with his uniform and I just walked straight to the counter to cancel the order because I don't want to eatthere anymore find out the food was served and my children and my wife was eating already so I just tasted the food I did notwant to eat it because it was nasty of what I saw in the bathroom so I just try my food and i let my children's eat the foodbecause I didn't want them to cause brain problems then Leiter the manager came to me and told me that my bill is paid of but Itold her that I'm gonna pay my bill and I did pay for it because I always go out with my family and eat at restaurants and wenever try to get free meal from no restaurant so I paid for my bill even if I didn't like or for what I see or what I taste butif I'm paid for what I eat me and my family deserve a good clean service so this call is for restaurant owners if you can dosomething to fixed that problem or create some rules for the workers that will be nice but right now I can't recommend it Read more

I had lunch with my two children. We got up in the middle of the meal to use the restroom. I told my waitress I?d be right back.... The bus boy came by and cleared our table. He even took my children?s toys and put them on top of the food in his bin. He wasgoing to throw them away. We had just gotten our food. Waitress acted like it wasn?t a big deal.
