I ordered online. I received messages that my order was received, but didn't get a message that it was ready until well after I... had arrived at the time listed on my received message. There were no directions as to where to go for pick up orders, my drinksand a meal were missing. There was only 1 young lady trying to handle all of the orders, but eventually a young man came out tohelp. When I went back up there for the missing meal, there were 3 young ladies at the hostess desk that scattered and no onegreeted me nor said they would help me in a minute. I had an absolutely wonderful experience. It was my first time going to Outback in Albany and the food was great and the overall... experience was incredible. Our server (Nickie) was cheerful, attentive, professional, and exactly the type of employee a companywants to keep. She was incredible. The hostess was also cheerful and talkative and welcoming. We usually enjoy Outback, but we had a terrible experience last week. One salad was delivered on time, the other salad arrived... with our food. As our meals arrived, our server announced they were out of sweet potatoes and rice; we ordered 2 other sides.The fries were not crisp, and the vegetables were over-microwaved and flavorless. My husband and I were traveling from Bham AL to Orlando and we were starving so I talked him into stopping here 1 hour before... closing! He was hesitant because the outback back home is so terrible but the staff here especially Dee were absolutelywonderful! Dee has the sweetest personality and stayed on top of things from start to finish. The food came quickly and wasdelicious! The manager was precious too! Service was terrible. It's been good lately, but It seems like a hang out spot for the off shift. Waiter was too busy hanging... out with employees that were not working"Jaquarious". I spent all that money ($95 for 3)and my food wasn't right. He even messedup our drink order because he couldn't stop talking to someone else. My daughter had to repeat her salad order 3 times. 2antrees were wrong. And the girl that brought the food seemed to get an attitude when we told her they want right.
