I made a visit to the Albany Ga store today, never again! The person behind the counter preparing the sandwich is the rudest... person I?ve encountered in a while, I informed her of her rudeness and her reply is ?that?s the way I talk? hmm is that anexcuse, perhaps a customer service class. I spoke with the manager and he smiled and said yes she is kind of curt but that?sjust her. Wow so rude is the new norm. To be clear, the manager offered several times to have my meal prepared for free. I hadthe ability to pay for the order, and I?m sure this matter stopped right there because management knows she is rude which tellsme she has been reported before, but I don?t have to pay for rude, I can get that for free! SN: so I?m seeing other reviews withsimilar complaints of the lady making the sandwiches was rude; so apparently rude is acceptable in that establishment. By theway I stood back and listened to her and another female saying ?she just mean? and of course talking about your paying customersis acceptable? Read more

Today, (3/9/22 - around 12:15) I filled out my form and set it on the counter. I never know where exactly to set it so I place... it beside whatever is already there. Apparently today it was placed on part of the one being worked on. I do not work there. There is no way for me to know what you are doing behind the counter and how you fill orders. There were four women behind thecounter. The one by the forms said something along the lines of not putting it there and covering the other order cause youcan't see it. I'm walking away at this point and didn't catch she was talking to me. I did think perhaps she was but had alreadyturned around. She then says that she knows I heard her. I turn around and three of the women are all glancing my way withhateful expressions. The one behind the register was the only one who did not. I'm not one for confrontation. I'd rather have aone on one discussion if there is an issue and it can be done as adults. This was petty and confrontational. Had I done whatmost anyone else would have done, I'd have walked out or snapped back. Instead, I waited and paid for the order I placed. Onceback at work, I realize that the bread was not what I'd requested. I always get a bakers roll and this was not that. At thispoint I can't help but feel that it was made incorrectly out of spite. I don't want free food and I don't want anyone fired. What I was is respect. Everyone who enters this business is entitled to that at minimum. If you have a problem, address itrespectfully. It seems to me there needs to be a better way of setting order forms on the counter so what is being worked onisn't interrupted. If this small, rude, encounter happened to me - someone who isn't going to snap and give back the ugliness,it is going to happen to others and I can only imagine how some will react. I've worked in customer service for 11 years. I getsome customers are rude, but I cannot see how this simple inconvenience called for the rudeness I received. Read more

Every year we pre order food for Christmas or Thanksgiving. This Christmas, I was amazed at how organized they were with the... amount of pre-orders they had. I was in and out within 5 minutes with my proper food order. It was super easy to order onlineand really hassle-free picking up my food. Every employee there is always so cheerful even though they are super busy. Of coursewe loved the food! Read more

Today was my first visit in years, and now I remember why. The staff is awful. I faxed in an order for myself and 2 coworkers.... Faxed in the order at 11:45 am, and let them know that I'd be there around 12:30 PM to pick it up. I arrive at 12:25 PM andstand in line for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledges me. The young girl at the front counter asks me if I called in anorder and I tell her that I faxed in my order. She looks at the 2 bags in front of her and tells me they are not mine. Okay, Istand in line for another five minutes. Finally, I have to stop them and ask if they even received my order. The young girl asksthe other young girl up front and they tell me that they don't have my order because they'd "remember the names that were onthere." I let them know that I faxed it in 45 minutes prior and all they did was tell me to fill out a slip at the counter. So,I have to call my coworkers and have them tell me what they ordered so that I can fill out a slip. While they were making theorders I asked if I could go ahead and pay for the meals because I was already 20 minutes late going back to work. She lets mepay for one, and then individually waits for the other orders to be made before I can pay for them. The customer service wasAWFUL. When I got back to work I looked at my fax confirmation to verify that I had sent it to the correct fax number, and sureenough I did. They took no responsibility for their error. Will not be back. Sandwich was good, pasta salad was terrible. Not agood experience all around. Read more
