The ice cream was great, but the server was so rude that Ben and Jerry stood no chance against his bad attitude
ATTENTION OWNER: Went there ok August 21, 2022 around 2:55pm and a very rude young man attended me. He was wearing headphones... and reading something. Very rude attitude and went back to the back, wear his headphones and continue to study during hisworking hours. Not sure if it's his last day or he doesn't give a hell about the work but the place looks very messy and if Iwere the owner I would start looking for someone that deserves the job and is responsible. Unusually disappointing! Although not busy, staff was rude seeming to be in a hurry to get me out of the shop. When I got home,... the nearly $9 pint of hand packed ice cream had a very grainy texture like it had at least partially thawed and was refrozen. Fantastic place! Ice cream is rich, creamy, and flavors are on rotation at this location. There is frequent traffic right... through to closing time. My favorite is to grab a waffle cone, always fresh, and go for a nice long walk in the park. They oftenoffer two vegan choices as well!
