I was around when Namu first came to Albany and the price for spicy chicken was $18, which is very overpriced but doable. I... loved the spicy chicken because it was spicy and not bland. These days the prices are insulting and so is the food. The spicychicken went up to $36! that is absolutely ridiculous. To add even more insult to injury, it's the same size. Absolute disgrace.They lost 4 customers. I was about to order for my birthday and saw the $36 for a plate of spicy chicken. No way would I paythat. Namu cowardly owner, Do not respond to me with lies. Your spicy chicken is $38 actually. This is my worst Korean bbq experience. The waitress is impatient. She didn't even ask us if we want to eat the dish at the... moment. She started pouring everything into the grill without properly placing each slice of meat so that most of the meat gotstick together. This is unprofessional. From the way she served us, I can clearly tell that she can't wait for us to finish ourfood and leave. Regardless the service, the food has poor portion and bad quality as well. Even more surprisingly, she broughtus a pre-cooked chicken, which are supposed to cook in our grill. Probably this restaurant does not fully understand how Koreanbarbecue works.
