I really enjoyed their coffee in their original Cooperstown location so was looking forward to trying their Albany location. I... had an iced caramel mocha from here and maybe their style of espresso is not my liking. It was very bitter (and not in the goodcoffee bitter way) and felt watered down. I also didn't think it was very chocolate/caramel-y since it was just drizzled on theside of the cup. Read more
Got an iced decaf latte with 2% milk which was rancid and sour, I suspect the milk had expired.
Loves this place. The coffee is delicious and the pastries are awesome. But the best thing is the customer service. They are... very polite young people doing good to others. And we... the customer just love to go there to please then just like theydeserve. I wish to see more of this places in and around Albany,NY. The admosphere of this place is very inviting. This placebring me good memories from my years living in Vermont and traveling the towns around. They only need a cat and a dog to be justlike the country caffees are. Thank you people. I love this coffeeshop! It is unassuming and small inside. From the staff to the music to the super important things like the... muffins, I love it. The coffee is great and always ready and hot. The muffins are amazing (corn and chocolate, I'm looking atyou). While they take a little longer than ideal to prepare, the breakfast sandwiches are fantastic. I work across the streetand recommend this place to any of my colleagues who are in town, or any of my clients! Read more
