I am extremely disappointed with my experience this time around. I called in my order, meatball parm and an order of onion... rings, to place for delivery at 622. I was quoted 45 minutes which was fine by me. I waited until 730 to call back to check thestatus. The driver finally got the food delivered to me around 745. This is not acceptable. I would like to have some kind ofcompensation for my inconvenience for the next time I order. Usually their right on time or even 10-15 minutes early. Onlypositive from this is the food was amazing and delicious just as I had last remembered. Read more
