We haven't been here in years because of a bad experience and figured they would have gotten better. But sadly, not much has... changed. The menu is either cheese, peppers, and onions with a meat or a meat in a whiskey glaze. The food comes out after anextended time and is overcooked. The staff gives a million reasons for why you have a horrible experience but they do nothing tocorrect it. Read more

Unfortunately another restaurant seemingly struggling with staffing still. The food here has always been some of my favorite, so... we go when we can. This past Saturday (8/27) however was a bit surprising. There seemed to be no hostess working so we decidedto sit at the bar to avoid a long wait. The first bartender was incredibly sweet, but her shift was ending so she got us startedwith our drinks and that was the end of the good parts of the meal. The girl who took over was overwhelmed. The bar areacontinued to fill up, everyone else must’ve also decided not to wait to see if a hostess would arrive. (An hour later a groupactually waited 20 minutes and kept asking the bartender where the hostess was. I’m not sure if they were ever seated.) Ittook 20 minutes for someone to take our food order and they were out of multiple things and they were the only things my dad wasreally excited to get. Then it took over an hour for our food to come. My dad’s app and my husband entree came out first. ThePhilly cheese steak egg rolls were clearly sitting in the window for a while as the skin on the sauce was so thick it took a fewtries to get any on the food. Then 20 minutes later my dad’s entree and mine showed up (after the runner told the bartender infront of us that she gave my dad’s food to a different table). My loaded cheese fry burger was so bland I only ate half of it.It also took so long to be able to grab the bartender to get a second beer for my dad that he almost resorted to pouring ithimself.(not really, but it was a constant joke while we waited) we promptly asked for the check just to avoid anymorewaiting. There were other customers nearby putting in complaints about food being cold and just all around bad experiences thatday. It’s unfortunate because Friday’s has been a favorite of mine since I was a little kid. I’m hoping we just caughtthem at a time when 75% of their staff called out or something because this was unfortunately a very disappointing ex Read more

Unfortunately this TGI Fridays fell very short. The burger was ice cold at delivery and the fries looked as if they were... someone’s soggy leftovers! I could count on my plate how many they gave me. No silverware or napkins… Not a good experience. Read more

Warning Wednesday Night is karaoke! Music was obnoxiously loud and not one light was on around the bar. Forget about seeing your... food you can’t even see the menu to order it. We ended up walking out and going across the street. Friday night or somethingI’d be all for this but not when your just looking for dinner after a day at work. Read more
