I wanted to order the Anasazi bean burger. I have had this several times and each time it was excellent. I was told... Burgerville no longer has the bean burger but has replaced it with the "Plantville cheeseburger", so I got that instead. It wastruly awful. I also ordered fries and a vanilla Coconut Bliss shake. The "shake" was some kind of intensely coconut-flavoredsoft ice cream (no hint of vanilla) that tasted like something from Dairy Queen. The fries were OK but the only ketchup theyhad was teeny packets of Heinz. I thought it was ironic in a place that bills itself as using locally sourced ingredients thatthey had ketchup from Pennsylvania despite the fact that excellent ketchup is made in Portland. Each packet seemed to containless than a teaspoon, so each person who ordered fries used a dozen or more packets per order, producing a tremendous amount ofplastic waste. They could certainly provide bottles of Portland ketchup at least for those customers eating inside. Read more

Being new to Oregon I wanted to try a local burger chain. The food was good but not amazing. Many times better than major... burger fast food chains in my opinion. The halibut and fries was good the tartar sauce made all the difference with the tangycitrus flavor. The bacon cheese burger was really good was nice to see them using local produce in their burgers. The hazelnutchocolate shake was amazing and it's offered in a lactose free version which is amazing. My favorite of everything was theseasonal sweet potato fries but that's just a personal opinion. I can?t remember her name she was running the register and had pink hair on 8-14-22 in evening. My order was short 2 bags of... large fries I placed my mobile order online for curb pick up she delivered my food I then realize my order was short I go backin and she?s taking orders at the counter with a line and doing it with a smile on her face. My point is this girl is a rockstar!! Thank you for your hard work!! Owner/GM please print this out for her to see! Read more

I've ordered fish-and-chips from burgerville many times. They used to have lovely, puffy pieces of halibut and narrow, crispy... fries. This last order had pieces of fish half the thickness, that looked like a car ran over them, and large soggy fries. Ieven paid for the larger order of fries, rather than the regular order, but got the same amount as a regular order. Verydisappointing and a rip off for $13.49. Read more
