So possibly the worst customer service of all time... I call every year about this time to order a birthday cake and every year... I get crapped on by DQ. Yesterday I called, no answer... Called again, was put on hold for 30 mins then hung up on... Calledback, no answer. Finally gave up and called a different place. You don't want to make a sale? You don't want my money? That'sfine. I'll go elsewhere. It's a shame though because people actually do like your products. If the customer service match theproducts this place would be awesome.... Read more
Went to go and take my daughter to get her favorite dilly bar and saw people inside. It was 5 after 7pm and lobby closes at... 730pm. They already had the doors locked. Have a excited child only to turn around and tell her sorry we can't go inside. Andthe line outside was ridiculously long. If your gonna have lobby open leave it open till that time you posted. Go anywhere else. Drive thru is glacier slow and I waited for them to fix my order for 30mins before giving up and reordering at... the drive thru again. Staff seems to delight in the leisure pace they take also, so half of me thinks they do it allintentionally. 'DQ Fan services' does nothing but repeat post the same tired out response so I imagine management has the samefeelings as their employees. Read more
Our last experience here has been the absolute worst. I would give a -1 reviewif I could...we just went through the drive... through. We ordered a parfait, shake and 3 waters. Should have been about $8. When we pull up to the window, we ask the ladyabout the extra charges in our receipt. She replies, "Oh, the one who took your order put a beverage charge on your order." OK,so, are you going to correct it?? Nope. Then we ask her what the "super snack" charge on there was?? She gave some for lousyreason. So basically she charged us over $7 for 3 small ice waters!! Really?? She had no clue how to correct it, and when weasked for a manager there was supposedly no manager there. She clearly had no desire to correct the ridiculous charges thatweren't legit and didn't care at all about the mistake. To top it all off the shake and parfait was literally soup.. We waited till after 12 so the inside would be open as our order would be a bit much to explain over the speaker box. However... they for that day, they didn't open the inside or change the sign on the door saying it wasn't going to open. It took about fivetimes of repeating the order over the speaker box,for them to get the order correct. It was only two milk shakes one with nowhipped cream and an empty banana split dish so we could water our dog. I won't use there drive thru again Because I belive thespeaker box needs replaced.
