If I could give a negative twenty stars-I would!! Was in drive thru-had to repeat a simple order (2 scoop cone and a 3 scoop... cone) 4 times!!! Only to drive to window, hear workers say they are confused????? And repeat twice more!! Then was charged$12.00 and "scoops" looked like baby spoon scoops!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! What has happened to this BR? Take a look at these photos from June 1, 2022. Display cases with frost so thick it contiuously... falls into the ice cream tubs they're serving from!! They just scoop around it. Additionally the employees seemed surprised thatI was there to buy "ice cream". Really? Also they were out of popular flavors like vanilla, cherry, and others.
