Excellent chopped pork with some good smoke and a touch of rind (the way it should be), nicely sliced vinegar based sauce, great... hush puppies. Service was fast even during a bit of a rush! I'll go back when I'm in town. Read more
Wednesday is smoked chicken day and it is excellent! Sides we had were baked sweet potato (which comes with butter and cinnamon... sugar,on the side), and cole slaw ,perfect ! I?m riding my motorcycle to a list of Q joints in NC. Log Cabin is as good of chopped pork Q as you will find. The meat is moist... and has a very good flavor. I am a Red slaw fan with Q, and this has just the right amount of tang that compliments the Q andthe sauces they offer. Good place. Read more
