I've eaten at this location several times but not again after today. The service was horrible. After ordering I noticed several... customers that had ordered after me were already getting their orders. So I went to the counter to ask about it. There was agirl sweeping behind the counter in the food prep area as food was being prepared, when I said something about it the girl putdown the broom and went straight to messing with food which is nasty. When I said something about this another girl behind thecounter became very rude and hateful. After a couple minutes of this rudeness and disrespectfulness another worker did refund mymoney, but I was made to feel like I was in the wrong because of the employees bad housekeeping, nastyness and rudeness Read more

Hubby and I went there last night to try Firehouse Subs for the 1st time. I got the NY Steamer and asked to switch the cheese to... Swiss and add lettuce, tomatoes, onions and oil & vinegar. When we got it we sat down to eat, originally we were going to takeit to go. Don't get me wrong the sub was very good, but it lacked lettuce, tomato, and onions that I requested. I really like this place. The sandwiches are always tasty and fresh. The staff is polite, restaurant is clean. I really enjoy... getting my food and sitting outside under the umbrellas. The only negative I have for this place is the price. It is quiteexpensive. Read more

We walked in 10 minutes before closing an everyone still greeted us with a smile. I had figured since we walked in at the last... minute that our sandwiches would be kind of thrown together, but they took their time and made everything right and it wasdelicious!!
