I usually go for sushi because it's decently priced and comes out nice but their beef noodles is also good. The crab meat is... imitation so don't expect real crab unless you order the soft shell crab. They have online ordering which I would recommend ifyou are picking up because it takes a bit to make the food, they also have a drive through on the side if you are in a rush,just make sure to order about 10 minutes ahead. Love Ichibans. I've loved it the moment they've open. Every time I've ever been the food has been correct, the food has been... fresh, and it's always been consistent. Yeah it's not "top notch" Japanese, but it's a decent Japanese "fast food" and it'sPERFECT for what it is. If you've never had it I'd highly recommend to try it at least once to see for yourself. Wish I could give zero stars. Placed a to go order and was told it would be 30 minutes, no problem, get there and at 45 minutes... my wife goes in and was told it would be another 20-25 minutes. No thank you, not for your mediocre food. This is absolutelyridiculous when you have several employees just standing around doing absolutely nothing. Do better. Read more
