They have great pizza and great customer service combination with a fast wait time to get the pizza down not a bad place to eat... at but however, their pizza bowls are not great because there's not a lot of food to feed yourself with that. I had to eatsomething else to be full other than that not a bad place to get pizza and drinks. Read more
I work for marcos pizza and we try to make it right every time
Last night I ordered two pizzas and a Greek salad. When I picked up the order I got the two pizzas and didn?t realize that they... had not included the the salad until I got home. I called Marcos and told him what it happened and that I did not feel like Ishould have to drive back up there and I wanted them to credit the 699 for the Greek salad back to my debit card. The firstperson I talk to claim they didn?t know how to do it and asked me to call back 15 minutes later which I did. The second person Italk to put me on hold and came back and said that they could offer me a free item the next time I came in but could not refundthe money. I informed them that I did not want any free item I wanted the money credit get back to my debit card. After mucharguing the woman said she would have to call her manager so she put me on hold another five minutes or so and then comes backand says that the manager will not be in until tomorrow at 11 o?clock when the restaurant opens. I told her to have the managercontact me as soon as she got to the store as I wanted my refund. It is now after 1 PM I still have not heard from the manager.The store has a bunch of teenagers working that don?t know what they?re doing for one thing and for another don?t seem to give adamn about good customer service.
