Menu for Hana Sushi Steak House & Asian Cuisine in Albertville, MN

Absolute worst service I've ever seen in my life, especially considering our party called ahead. We sat there for almost half an... hour before we even got menus. Oh, wait, we didn't get menus...someone in our party had to hunt them down for us. Just like wehad to bring our own drinks up for refills and pretty much bus our own tables because the server was nowhere to be found. Ever.And we weren't the only ones. Maybe we should've made our own sushi rolls too, at least then we probably would've gotteneverything we ordered and not had to wait 2 hours for things to come out. Half our party ended up cancelling their 2nd round ofsushi and the other half didn't even bother ordering anything else because we didn't feel like being there another 2 hours andwe still hadn't gotten several of the items ordered. As for food quality, several appetizers/hibachi items came out cold. Thesushi was okay but I could've gone out and caught the damn fish and brought it back in faster time. I usually try to give placesthe benefit of the doubt having worked in the service industry but there is no excuse for how bad this place was. Somethingtells me it won't be long until it's closed down again unless they step up their service, especially with Kyoto a few miles downthe freeway. Read more

Absolutely love this place. It's all you can eat sushi. How can you go wrong with that! If you have been to Kyoto's in Maple... Grove or Coon Rapids, basically the same. However, the food at Hana's is much better. If you ever go shopping at the AlbertvilleOutlet Mall, and you like sushi, this place is a must! Read more

Unknown to them we ended up with about 20 people for the all you can eat sushi. I must say they did an excellent job working... with my crazy family. The sushi far exceeded my expectations for 12bucks. I was able to try rolls I had never heard of and theywere awesome! Definitely going back asap.. Read more
