Donuts were good. We ordered a pistachio donut, butterfinger, and apple pie. I really enjoyed the pistachio. The butterfinger... was decent but could have been better with more butterfinger flavor. Our 1st time there.. talk about visual overload clean as clean could be and the available variety was PHENOMENAL. Staff... incredibly friendly. Added bonus you get to choose what you would like them to fill your donuts with....buttercreme, Bostoncreme, strawberry....the list goes on. Definitely recommend everyone stop in. I liked the donuts. They looked better than they tasted though. They were still good. It just felt they were missing something.... Service was good and they were pretty affordable too. My favorite was the rocky road! I would highly recommend checking themout. Read more

First, they have amazing donuts. No question. I'm a regular because they are so damn good! With that being said, as a regular,... I've experienced horrible customer service more times than not. Management needs to ensure that there is a sufficient stock ofdonuts to provide the customers. There is no reason you should be open 12 plus hours a day if by 11 A.M. you're out of most ofyour donuts on a daily basis. Make more. Simple. And please set a standard of service that you hold your employees accountablefor. I love your donuts, just hire people who can exemplify a reputation for quality food and service for Amy's! Read more
