Good service and good ice cream. The young staff running this location was attentive and competent.
I've been sitting in the drive-thru for 45 minutes. Traffic isn't moving and there are at least 3 people inside. Customers... first! Then do your closing! Lobby closed! Read more
The ice cream was tasty and there was a decent amount of topping options to choose from. The parking lot wasn't the cleanest... with trash around the building and in some of the parking spots. The store was clean and the tables had been wiped down. Thestaff was professional and friendly and the prices were decent. This was the WORST experience I have had!! I ordered a banana split, It was so small it only had 2 scoops alot of cool whip ... and the little ice cream that was in there was melting. I also ordered a Oreo Layered Sundae and it had so much cool whip alsohardly Oreos and all chocolate fudge on the bottom!! I called to talk to a Manager and a women got on the phone named Melissa, she argued with me telling me she saw the young kid make it. Bad Customer Service. I will be calling the Corporate officetomorrow!! This location use to have such great Customer Service but now it has gone down. Oh not to mention this happened to metwice already!!
