Tried to have lunch with the kids. The lady running it told us she wouldn?t even talk to us for 30 minutes because she was... going to take care of the one other table. We were fine waiting but after being told repeatedly that she wouldn?t take ourorder or talk to us for a half hour we took the hint and left. Read more
Love this place
The food is excellent but the lady that runs the counter could not be more rude. I've been 3 times in the last 2 weeks with... various people and she has never once been anything close to friendly, let alone basic customer service level of nice. I keepcoming back because of the lack of options for food near KAEG and that the food is actually really good but her negativeattitude all the time is wearing on me. First trip I was by myself, second trip I waited at the table while someone elseordered, 3rd trip I arrived after my friend ordered. On the third trip my friend complained to me about her attitude prior to myarrival. This third trip she refused to bring the food to the table, just tossed the burritos on the counter without saying aword. Read more
