I've been coming here for over 20 years, tonight was the last time, unfortunately. I've loved this place for a long time. ... Covid ruined everything left in NM. The man who took my order was extremely rude and short. He wouldn't even let me finish ordering before cutting me off with... "anything else?" and just repeated it every time I tried to clarify anything about the burrito I had specified. There was asignboard out front advertising the burrito for 3.99, with the option of red or green, which I wasn't able to specify because ofhim. I was also not able to specify how i wanted the eggs, it shows on the receipt he just made that selection for me without myinput as well. Then when I pulled around he asked for $22! I pulled back the money I had started to hand him and he revised thetotal to $8.73, which was the menu price rather than the advertised special. I assumed I had misunderstood the sign and paid it.Then I circled back to check the sign and found that no, I had not misunderstood. However, they have their "no cash refunds"policy on the window and the receipt, and at this point I was so frustrated the extra few bucks was not worth talking to thatman again. The burrito itself was decent. The tortilla was the best part, it had the taste and texture of homemade so I assumethey make them on-site. Definitely not a grocery store tortilla. The contents wrapped in that tortilla were average, nothingspecial but not bad. Overall not close to worth what they charge. Since their policy is that complaints can only be made inperson (also on their receipt) and the only person I could speak to was the person who was rude and overcharged me, obviouslythat would be pointless, so I just won't return. You can see from my other reviews that I typically follow the "if you can'tsay anything nice, don't say anything at all" rule, they are overwhelmingly positive. But this was some of the worst serviceI've ever received. It was pretty clear I inconvenienced them terribly by coming to their restaurant and purchasing their food,so maybe avoid doing that, for their benefit and yours. Read more
If this place wasn't unreasonably expensive, I'd give em 5 stars. They are open 24/7 though, which is nice since it feels almost... impossible to find a place to get food after about 10 pm. The food is... decent ? It really depends on what you order, butusually the food is pretty okay. But for the price ? It's almost not worth it. Read more
I was in a rush and went to this place where l paid 26.08 for two burritos which is way too expensive and they were not even... combos. I regretted very much not waiting in line at Ihop. Next time you see somebody at the drive through and at a poorlymaintained restaurant building, run. Read more
