I've had trouble at this location twice this week. At work we ordered food. When brining us the food they were rude. They didn't... say one word. Handed the food and left. When I got to work. They did not give up the condiments we asked for. No straws, wrongdrinks, no napkins, and they didn't give us what we asked for. We could not go back since we were on our lunch break at work. The Chick-fil-A located in Albuquerque New Mexico on Wyoming just south of menaul only gets a two star for this visit. We had... some problems with the service lack of attention to detail on condiments and silverware napkins and so forth. The service wasfast but the food lacked quality. It might have been enough week I will give them another try. Before I make my final decision.At this time however I don't recommend that location. Read more
This chick-fil-a was one of the worst ones I?ve ever been too. The manager was very unprofessional . She didn?t make me feel... welcome and when I told her one of my drinks was wrong she looked at me very rude and even hesitated to give me the drink. Whenshe finally did, she didn?t give me a new cup. She had filled the old one up even though it had the pulp from the previous drinkI didn?t order which made the drink taste gross and is also when I noticed.
