Went to Dickies at Wyoming and Constitution for lunch with a friend. Got 1/2 lb pulled pork with a side of BBQ beans and it was... delicious. The meat is a touch dry on its own but the spicy sauce makes it pop. Enjoyed the bread as well. Read more
Wow where do I begin! This might be the worst experience I have ever had for a restaurant. Absolutely disgusting. Cold meats... that were dry as sand.The employees are wiping their noses and touching hair with gloves on! Rolls were all cold and doughy. Mopbucket sitting right next to table with meet on it. GO TO RUDY?S INSTEAD! Dried out cold brisket. Rolls weren?t fully cooked. Tried to give us jalapeño sausage instead of the... regular sausage we ordered. Ranch dressing tasted sour. Wow! First it took 30 minutes to order online. The system would not let me add kids plates. It kept replacing the meal. I had... to order 2 of the same kids meals, then put what I really wanted in the instructions. Then it would not let me delete the kidsslider meal to make it a plate. Frustrating!!!! I started over several times to see if I could clear it, but it did not. I hadthe restaurant call me to verify my order. The young man I spoke to was understanding & verified the kids meals. Those werecorrect. He said he would include dessert for my trouble. No dessert in the bag. Second, Way Over priced!! Bought 2 adult & 3meals for $56 for take out. Took forever to order online because they wouldn?t take my or my husbands credit card. So I had to set up Apple Pay and put my... credit card on there. It accepted that. But had to redo the order like 5 times. It was a mission just trying to order and pay.Wouldn?t just let me pay when I got to the restaurant. I?d understand if it was a $100+ order, but it was $36. Definitely notworth that much though. The fries are soggy, greasy, and mostly skin. For $5, I?d expect more than half a handful. Ribs were dryand only had 3 small bites of meat on them. Rolls were tough and gross. Mac and cheese was dry. Brisket was dry. Loaded potatocasserole was brown and gross. No napkins or utensils in the bag. I guess you don?t need them since everything has been sittingunder the heat lamp all day. Husband had to convince the cashier to give us a soda we paid for. The best thing of the meal wasthe soda.
