Sandwich was fairly good.., they don't put enough meat on their sandwiches. Service was slow... It was lunchtime tho.
This location, along with the location on Academy, are my favorite Firehouse spots. Team members are always friendly and... helpful. Be warned that they can be busy during lunch time so if you're in a rush, maybe call ahead to confirm wait times, butdon't blame the team. They're doing their best. Know that it doesn't cost more to upgrade your soda to a large, and if you'renot sure which sub to buy, just ask someone behind the counter and they'll help you. Personally, my favorite at the moment isthe Spicy Cajun Chicken but the Hook and Ladder is their classic. If you've driven by but have never stopped in, give them atry! Read more

Very frustrating experience with pick up order. Arrive 5 min after promised time, order not ready. Crew had plenty of time to... socialize with the door dash driver about weather and reminiscing about growing up around Rio grande high. No sense of urgency. Seemed like no one really paying attention. My order was incomplete, probably mixed up with the door dash one. Had to go backa second time to get everything. I just didn't seem to matter to them.
