I went in on Sunday cause I was craving chicken. I got an 8 piece meal and I was surprised to find they no longer come with a... drink. The atmosphere and service was great, the cashier really seemed to know what they were doing. My only real complaint wasthat the chicken wasnt completely done. Read more
I went on Saturday 10/01/22. Websites says they open at10:30AM. I was there at 10:35 were in line for about 10min. As well as... other customers. No one answered the speaker. We went to the window and the girl said they open till 11:00am. It would be a goodidea to update hours online ?? Took my business else where. Read more
You would think I would learn not to go to this location. However it's convenient to where I live..they always mess up my order.... Today I returned for the first time to get my order corrected and was told it was my fault that my order was wrong. Theycorrected it I thanked them and left! Needless to say I won't be going back to this location and will let all that I know not togo there and why! However I do want to thank all the employees there for working and putting up with the public...that's not aneasy job in this day and time. They have bad days too and I don't know what the drive thru person was battling today! Read more
Waited 25 minutes just in the drive-up line. At the window, gave the guy a $20 bill and the exact change. Should have gotten an... exact $15 back, instead he gives me back $14 and a little change. I tell him he is mistaken and he tells me he hit the $20button by mistake. So that?s supposed to be my problem?!? And, he doesn?t want to give me the correct amount back! Seriously???It took another 5 minutes for the manager to fix it! He hands me the bag with my sandwich. I drive away to eat it. NO NAPKINS,no fork for the Mac & cheese that was put in by mistake!
