Overall, everything was good, but definitely was expecting more - however that could have been because we dined in for breakfast... and not actual tapas. The hotel (Hotel Andaluz Albuquerque, Curio Collection by Hilton) has a stunning lobby, that’sdefinitely a given. Breakfast was alright for the price and experience, but luckily was filling and still good. We had theLemon Ricotta pancakes and the New Yorker with sausage. There was definitely a difference in plating appeal that I was expectingin comparing the two together. Would want to go back for some actual tapas and drinks, but only had time in the morning duringour stay. Wait staff seemed to be newer, which is totally understandable now a days, but would have wanted a little moreattentiveness for our table and other remaining plates on other tables since there weren’t that many customers for the Sundaymorning brunch timeframe. Sigh. This place has a special place in my heart, but it’s mediocre at best. Dined upstairs in Ibiza the other night, and the... only thing it had going for it is the cool atmosphere. It took 45 min to get $18 dried up tasteless wings. This place has somuch potential, but no one takes the time to cultivate it. Servers and bartenders upstairs are overworked, with no supportstaff. Food is ALL presentation, no flavor and definitely not worth the price you pay. This place rides on the fact that thehead chef was on tv two years ago and neglects everything else that could make this place great. My recommendation, this placeis an interesting and beautiful spot to stop for drinks, but avoid the food at all costs. Read more

Dinner was wonderful and I was excited to enjoy Chef Quiñones' menu; especially the bone marrow. We were wonderfully pleased... with the bacon wrapped dates and also the amuse bouche. It was a perfect birthday dinner. With an exceptional dessert of theeggnog tres leches cake. Read more
